I had been fortunate to work with Trevor on a number of commercials back in Cape Town before relocating to England. In 2016 I got the opportunity to shoot with Trevor again, this time in his hometown. 20+ years in Cape Town saw me fortunate enough to have made great contacts in the world of fabric suppliers, as well as a talented team of freelance makers who brought not only their formidable skills to any project - but also their ability to turn it around in the tight timeframes of the commercial world.. London saw me having to start again - and it was a pretty daunting task! Thanks to a little help from friends - we got there - and I still have my pair of tabi socks :)
