IDENTITY IMAGE IMPACT
Clothing can change how we see ourselves and how others see us. I teach people how to use that.

With a degree in Psychology and Philosophy, and over 20 years across costume design, personal styling, retail sales, clothing psychology and training, I’ve worked with clothing as a palette – one that, when understood through the right lens, becomes a tool to shift confidence, connection and performance.

My workshops are designed for:
Fashion retail teams who want their Style Advisors to work with intention, combining deep styling knowledge with sales psychology to build brand loyalty and drive results on the floor.

Leaders and senior professionals who need their personal style to translate into clear, authentic and confident first impressions, aligning who they are with how they show up, whether in boardrooms, media or client meetings.

Graduates and early-career professionals who want to feel comfortable and credible in what they wear, because confidence at interview often starts with not worrying about your outfit.

Groups of women (friends, sisters, colleagues, bridal parties) looking for a light-hearted, grounded space to learn, laugh and try things on without the overwhelm or the A4 folder of “rules” that too many stylists still hide behind.
I teach a profound but practical approach to colour theory, body architecture, proportion, the psychology of clothes and personal style, giving people knowledge that liberates, stays with them, and works in real life.
